「よはくの庭」鈴木 伊美 個展

吹きガラスの技法を用いて制作・表現する作家 鈴木伊美の個展。
激しくクラックされたガラスのひび割れの細やかな陰影は、もう元に戻ることのない時間や事象を美しく物語ります。
今展では不可逆な時間と花咲きゆく春の植物を対比させ、めぐり続ける季節と時の移ろいの色彩をガラスの煌きと共に空間構成します。
人気のボトル作品もございます。

Blown-glass artist Imi Suzuki presents a solo exhibition exploring material and time through glass.
The delicate shadows formed within violently cracked glass speak beautifully of moments and events that can never return.
In this exhibition, irreversible time is set in contrast with flowering spring plants, composing a space where the endlessly cycling seasons and the shifting hues of time are expressed through the brilliance of glass.
Popular bottle works will also be on view.

SUZUKI Yoshimi
最終学歴　武蔵野美術大学　工芸工業デザイン学科

様々な感情や情景をテーマに制作をしています。
近年は、ガラスを吹くことで生まれる柔らかい形に削り等の加工を施す事により、ガラスに別の表情を持たせ、優しい気持ちとその中にある想いを表現しています。

武蔵野美術大学卒業後2000年まで富山ガラス造形研究所に学び、1999年’99日本のガラス展にて大賞受賞。
研究所卒業後,個展グループ展多数参加。
2013年OPPAI ART LABπr事情展2013にて協賛特別賞受賞。
