インドネシアで2年間ろうけつ染め（バティック）を学ぶ。
優れた観察力と削ぎ落した表現は、郷愁とユーモアのある絵柄となり古今東西の物語を生み出している。
また会津の桐下駄にオリジナルの文様をろうけつ染めし誂える「HARE-ya」として2007年より活動している。

Studied batik in Indonesia for two years.
The stories from the past and present, east and west are expressed by Midorikawa’s nostalgic and humorous designs, which derives from her exceptional observation skills and abstract approach.
Since 2007, she has been working as “HARE-ya,” a brand that custom-designs paulownia geta sandals from Aizu by wax-dyeing her original patterns.
